Stonehenge, the oldest alien site? Original article by Alessandro Brizzi.

Stonehenge is a Neolithic site located near Amesbury in Wiltshire, England. It is composed of a circular set of large stones erected, known as megaliths. Some claim that Stonehenge represents an “ancient astronomical observatory”, with particular significance to the solstice and equinox points, although the importance of its use for this purpose is debated. The site was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1986. Aside from mass tourism, Stonehenge is currently a pilgrimage site for many followers of Celtism, Wicca, and other neopagans religions. The stone of the altar, a block of five meters of green sandstone. The heel stone is once known as Friar’s Heel. These are the two characteristics that distinguish him. The largest stones in gneiss (25/50 tonnes) were cut off from a hill 30 km from the archaeological site. The first study to observe and understand the monument was conducted around 1640 by John Aubrey. He proclaimed Stonehenge’s work of the Druids. Aubrey also made the first designs with site measurements, which allowed a better analysis of its shape and meaning. Thanks to this work, he was able to attribute an astronomical or calendar function to the arrangement of the stones.

The radiocarbon dating site indicates that the construction of the monument was undertaken around 3100 BC and ended around 1600 BC This allows the elimination of some theories that had been hypothesized.

There was a debate about the age of construction, but most archaeologists believe it was built between 2500 BC and 2000 BC. Three kilometers away from Stonehenge was found by researchers from the National Geographic Society a village dating back to 2600 BC consisting of about twenty-five small houses. It is believed that they were used to accommodate the builders of the complex, or visitors of some ceremony. Stonehenge is associated with the legend of King Arthur. Goffredo of Monmouth tells that the Merlin magician directed his removal from Ireland, where it was built on Mount Killaraus, by giants who carried the stones from Africa. Stonehenge is also associated with many other legends. The Druids, for example, used these huge stones as sacred temples where they often went to pray.

Quote by Alessandro Brizzi

“According to some ufologists and archaeologists in ancient iconography, aircraft and beings of human origin would often be portrayed: given the particular shape of the temple, and the probable difficulty that the transport of boulders with an approximate weight of 4 tons would have led to populations dating back to about 5000 years ago, the alien hypothesis began to take more and more foot.

According to the alien theory that would explain the particular location of these geometric tetrodes that rotate in the opposite direction within a spherical field, the conformation of Stonehenge would be a proof of the fact that extraterrestrial beings wanted to create an astronomical calendar able to predict any type of celestial event and whose precision is compared only to modern instruments of astronomical analysis.

In addition, many have claimed to have seen over time, mysterious spheres of light in the sky above the temple of Stonehenge: even the appearance of crop circle occurred near the temple, for ufologists, other would be nothing but the evidence of the hand alien in the construction of the imposing religious structure” .
