Physicist John Brandenburg has stated that there is evidence of two nuclear explosions that would have wiped out two ancient races on Mars, the Cydonians and the Utopians. His study regarding this theory, presented through the pages of the Bulletin Of the American Physical Society, would seem to be a serious matter. His name is John Brandenburg, is a plasma physicist at Orbital Technologies in Madison (Wisconsin) and is one of the few scientists to declare that civilization on Mars was wiped out by nuclear explosions produced by a hostile alien civilization. We are reminded of the story of the “Atomics of Mohenjo Daro”. An advanced civilization that lived in what is now Pakistan, was destroyed in 2000 BC by a sudden war … But why the ruins show traces similar to those of a nuclear explosion? Perhaps all this can suggest that an alien race in possession of weapons of mass destruction, has destroyed entire planetary civilizations, the same one that has annihilated the civilization of Mars?
Brandenburg, who wrote the book titled “Death on Mars: The Discovery of a Planetary Nuclear Massacre,” is for sale in the United States. The same scientist claims that ancient Martians called Cydonians and Utopians, were annihilated in an attack – and evidence of this genocide, he says, is still present today. Already in 2011, the scientist was the first to postulate that the red color of Mars was due to a thermonuclear explosion, but of natural origin. After 3 years he still speculates that part of Mars was affected by an explosion of this kind, but produced by an intelligent alien race. John Brandenburg states that the nuclear isotopes present in the atmosphere of the red planet, are similar to hydrogen bomb tests and “can present an example of a civilization wiped out by a nuclear attack from Space”.
In fact, a high concentration of Xenon-129 in the Martian atmosphere, including uranium and thorium on the surface, has been recorded by NASA’s “Mars Odyssey” space probe. Although the vast majority of scientists have already pointed out that the appearance of these elements is not surprising, as they are natural elements present everywhere, Dr. Brandenburg is firmly convinced that they are the remains of two nuclear explosions present on the surface. A paper of his, titled “Evidence of Massive Thermonuclear Explosions in Mars Past, The Cydonian Hypothesis, and Fermi’s Paradox,” was presented on November 22, 2014 at the annual meeting organized by the American Physical Society in Illinois. And it can also be read in “Journal of Cosmology and Astroparticle Physics”. Dr. Brandenburg says that Mars once had an Earth-like climate, with animal and plant life, including very advanced intelligent life, like that of the ancient Egyptians on Earth. This is based on analysis of two Martian regions, one of which is Cydonia, where the infamous, and later discredited, “Sphinx or Face of Mars” was discovered.

According to Brandenburg, this mysterious “face” is an artifact of the ancient alien race, and it is here, that one of the alleged nuclear explosions wiped out the civilization of Cydonia Mensae and another, smaller one destroyed a civilization in a region called Galaxias Chaos.
The physicist writes in the summary of his research presented to the American Physical Society that “analyses of new images from Odyssey, MRO and Mars Express show strong evidence of eroded archaeological objects at these sites. Taken together, the data require that the hypothesis of Mars as the site of an ancient planetary nuclear massacre must now be considered.”
Brandenburg further states that his theory could explain Fermi’s Paradox – namely, why, if the Universe is abundant with life, we haven’t heard anything yet. And he warns by stating that “we need to be afraid of an attack on our planet, and we need to support a human mission to Mars to know what we’re up against.” It is assumed that after the nuclear war broke out on Mars, the surviving humanoids would have “migrated” to Earth, trying to recreate, through the Pyramids and Sphinxes, the characteristics of Mars. As to say, when reality exceeds fantasy! Finally Brandenburg says: “In a providential way, we have been warned of this possible aspect of the Cosmos. Perhaps we need to take a lesson from this apocalypse that wiped out an entire civilization on Mars, to prevent it from happening again on Earth!”
