I participated in the STAR-GATE project of the American army and I affirm that many others within the program, I was charged with finding information on extraterrestrial groups that are visiting planet Earth. What is remote viewing? It is a skill that allows the “viewer” to describe a remote geographical location up to several hundred thousand kilometers (even more) from its physical location. Several viewers were used with exceptional capabilities within this program, known as the STAR-GATE program.
One of them was Lyn Buchanan, an army veteran and a viewer (one who uses remote viewing as if he were watching TV) who worked within the program. Its status within the program has been verified thanks to declassified documents that were released in 1995 thanks to the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act). One of the declassified Top Secret “Stargate” documents mentions Utts’ responsibility for conducting a review of remote viewing research. He also mentions a program broadcast with many people within the program itself, like Lyn Buchanan, but obviously he doesn’t mention all of them (let alone me …). A common theme among many RVs (Remote Viewers) of the army, such as Ingo Swann and Pat Price, names that are also found in all the STARGATE de-classified literature, is extraterrestrial.
In a recent interview, Lyn Buchanan said: “After having worked for the army, I was asked by a branch of the government to make a document, a study document to compare and contrast the psychic ability of ETs with the human psychic ability. The study I did was because I was granted access to many of the things that never entered into the grudge of the project or into the blue book or something like that because they could not be denied. However, in studying these, I discovered that we can take the ETs of all the different types and species and everything and put them into four main categories.
We have those who are more psychic than us and those who are less psychic than us. In each of these two categories there are friendly and unkind ones, non-hostile ones do not tend to come here. They don’t like them, they don’t want to be around us. The non-psychic ones come here for trade. Spiritual friends really want to help us develop our skills and become stronger. And the hostile psychics want us to be wiped out of the planet, they want us dead, no point, no questions asked. There are also extraterrestrial bases found on Earth, there are about five.
They are all in the mountains and in some of these bases humans are working with these extraterrestrials in various ways. I am not the only RV to mention these bases and the extraterrestrials, as Ingo Swann told many fascinating stories in his book Penetration: The Question of Extraterrestrial and Human Telepathy. Furthermore, Joseph Mcmoneagle was another individual who had experience in remote viewing of an extraterrestrial presence. Then, there’s Pat Price, who, along with Ingo Swann, is described as one of the most successful RIs of the SRI, since his sessions were extremely accurate.
Admiral Lord Hill-Norton, former Chief of Defense for the Royal Navy and president of NATO, wrote a great quote in Timothy Good’s book: “In our atmosphere there are objects that are technically of an alien intelligence that we do not have. way to stop them here … that there is a serious possibility that we have been visited for many years by people from space, from other civilizations. May all this help us, if some of these people in the future or now have to become hostile, to find out who they are, where they come from and what they want. This should be subject to rigorous scientific investigations and not to “steal” some headlines from the tabloids. “
