Cosmonaut statuettes, were built by whom? Are artifacts that record ancient extraterrestrial activity on our planet, or the misinterpretation of our eyes of modern men? According to the Ancient Astronaut Theory, beings from another world have come to Earth when our ancestors were still living by hunting and lived in caves.

Stunned by the incredible skill of interstellar travelers, our ancestors exchanged alien technology by magic, considering the extraterrestrials treated as gods.

This phenomenon, known to anthropologists as the Cargo Cult, would be the historic core of many legends about “the golden age”, that is when “the gods lived on Earth”, and the birth of religions, which arose in the aftermath of their demise.

To seek confirmation of this hypothesis, many researchers turn the planet into far and wide in search of evidence, or at least for indications that the passage of these ancient space travelers.

Very often, when it comes to the question, they are cited two particularly intriguing objects: “The Toprakkale rocket” and “The Cosmonaut of the Cueva de los Tayos”.

During a campaign held archaeological excavations in 1973 in Tushpa (now called Toprakkale), Turkey, the researchers discovered a curious artifact stone. The object looked very similar to a car shuttle rocket engines, with inside what resembled a pilot wearing a sort of space suit. The article had a length of about 22 cm, a width of 9.5 cm and a height of 8 cm. The pilot’s figure appeared without a head, even though they were visible “pipes” placed under the chin, like a respiratory system.

The most curious fact is that the artifact was found at a ground level corresponding to about 3000 years ago. How is it that men of the 2nd millennium BC You could have imagined such a thing? It is possible that this is the testimony of a “close encounter” with the interstellar travelers do not land? Or, is any object to which we give a modern interpretation.

Or worse, it is a fake? The building is currently in custody at the Museum of Istanbul, and has never been exposed to the public, because its authenticity has not been confirmed, as some experts have questioned its authenticity.

The object itself is a scale model sculpted of what, to modern eyes, looks like a spacecraft in the shape of a cone, of 23 cm length, 9.5 cm high and 8 cm wide. This “vehicle” would seem powered by a group of four engines in the exhaust gas in the rear surrounding an engine of larger exhaust. And in its center, the rocket has room for only one pilot, a pilot who unfortunately has no head, which is actually shown and included in the sculpture.

He is sitting with his legs bent up toward your chest and wearing a pressure suit to coast. It’s a dress made in one piece that fully embraces the body down to the legs and feet. It extends and completely covers arms folded, becoming like gloves where are the hands. The dress ribbed and presumably flexible, encloses the entire torso up to the driver’s neck”.  Particularly interesting it is the site of the discovery. In the 9th century BC, Tushpa (now known as Toprakkale) was the capital of the kingdom of Urartu, known as Ararat in the Bible.

There you will find the remains of the Temple of the god Haldi, the supreme god of the sky. Haldi was represented as a man with or without wings, standing on the back of a lion. [Found in Iraq the Haldi Time].

Perhaps, Haldi was the leader of a group of astronauts have come from another world? The artifact records their ancient presence on our planet? At the moment, it is impossible to answer this question.

Father Carlo Crespi was a Salesian missionary priest who lived in the small town of Cuenca, Ecuador, for more than 50 years, dedicating his life to worship and to works of charity. As a sign of gratitude, the indigenous people have donated to Father Crespi hundreds of archaeological artifacts dating of unknown age, explaining that it was the items found in a very deep cavern, known in Spanish Cueva de los Tayos, located in the Amazon region known as Morona Santiago.

Since the artifacts donated they had formed a very large collection of objects, in 1960 Crespi asked for and received permission from the Vatican to create a museum in the Salesian mission of Cuenca.

That of Cuenca was the biggest museum that has ever been created in Ecuador, at least until 1962, when a mysterious fire destroyed the structure, and most of the exhibits was lost forever.

However, Crespi managed to save a few pieces hiding them in a place known only to him. Among the most intriguing artifacts there are some statues that seem modern depictions of cosmonauts equipped for spacewalks in zero gravity. The hypothesis is that these figures are at least 14,000 years.

Of course, for the official exponents of archeology it comes to depictions of divinities. Yeah, but who were these gods? A fact certainly report concerns a daring expedition of conduct cave in 1976 by the Scottish researcher Stanley Hall at which participated the US astronaut Neil Armstrong, the first man to set foot on the moon, July 21, 1969.

It is said that the astronaut reported that the three days that remained inside the cave were much more significant of his legendary journey to the moon. What will be seen?
